Ordering & Account

You can place your order through our official website. Simply browse our online farm store, add items to your cart, and checkout. We also accept orders at our physical farm store in Spencer’s, Christ Church, Barbados. Please note: While we showcase our products on social media, all orders must be placed via our website or at our physical location for accurate processing and tracking.

Creating an account on our website is recommended for a smoother checkout and order tracking. You can sign up by clicking the “Register” or “My Account” link in the footer of our site and providing the required information (name, email, etc.). Having an account allows you to save your delivery details, view past orders, and manage subscriptions. It’s free to create an account, and you can edit your information or cancel the account anytime.

We love engaging with our customers on social media and via phone for inquiries. However, to ensure orders are correctly logged and fulfilled, we require that all purchases be made through our website or in person at our farm store. We may introduce additional ordering methods in the future, but for now, please use our website or visit us in Spencer’s to place orders. This helps prevent errors and guarantees you receive an order confirmation through our system.

We offer several convenient payment options. You can pay online via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We also accept crypto currency, direct bank deposits and local digital payment solutions like FirstPay and BIMPay. If you prefer to pay in cash, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for approved customers (see next question). All payments are processed securely, and all prices are listed in Barbados Dollars (BBD).

COD is available only for approved customers. Because we are a small business, we extend COD as a privilege to repeat customers or those with a proven history with us. New customers or first-time orders should use one of our other payment methods (credit card, crypto currency, bank transfer, FirstPay, BIMPay, etc.). If you are a regular customer interested in COD, please contact us to inquire about approval. Approved COD customers can pay in cash upon delivery. This policy helps us minimize no-shows and ensure smooth transactions.

We currently deliver island-wide across Barbados. Our farm is located in Spencer’s, Christ Church, and we deliver to all parishes. Whether you’re in Christ Church, St. Michael, St. Philip, or any other parish, we will get your order to your door. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm that it falls within our delivery zone (which is the entire island in most cases). If you have any concerns about your location, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Delivery & Pickup

Alchemy Farms currently delivers island-wide across Barbados. Whether you live in Christ Church, St. Philip, St. Michael, or St. George, our team ensures your farm-fresh products reach you safely and on time. At checkout, you’ll be able to confirm your delivery address falls within our service zone (which covers the entire island).

We deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays, with special arrangements for subscription boxes and express orders:

  • Subscription Boxes: Delivered every Friday, free of charge for active subscribers.

  • Standard Orders: Delivered within 24 hours of purchase once placed before the cutoff time.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available when orders are placed at least 6 hours before our daily delivery window.

Deliveries typically occur in the afternoon, but exact times depend on your location and order volume.

Yes!

  • Same-Day Delivery – For orders placed 6 hours before our delivery run (e.g., by 10 a.m. for a 4 p.m. delivery). A small fee applies for this priority service.

  • Next-Day Delivery – Available for a lower flat fee. Orders placed by 6 p.m. are scheduled for the following day.

All delivery fees are clearly shown at checkout. There are no hidden costs.

If no one is available to receive your order, we’ll attempt to reach you by phone or WhatsApp. For perishable items (like meat, produce, or juice), we can’t leave them unattended. If a second delivery attempt is needed, an additional fee may apply. To avoid spoilage, please ensure someone is present at the scheduled time or choose in-store pickup instead.

Absolutely! You can collect your order directly from our farm store in Spencer’s, Christ Church, Barbados.

  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

  • How it Works: Select “Store Pickup” at checkout to schedule. You’ll receive a message or email once your order is ready.

Picking up is free, no charges applies and is a great option if you want your order at a specific time.

We take freshness seriously. All meats, fish, and juices are kept in refrigerated storage until they reach you. However, once an order has been delivered, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer. Please refrigerate or freeze perishable items immediately upon receipt. Alchemy Farms cannot accept liability for spoilage caused by delayed storage or mishandling after delivery.
