Alchemy Farms – Wholesale Supply Policy

Eligibility and Account Registration
Wholesale accounts are available only to verified businesses such as restaurants, hotels, and caterers. Applicants must provide valid proof of business registration and a Tax Account Number (TIN/VAT). These details help us confirm that each customer is operating as a legitimate business. To apply for a wholesale account, please complete our online application form. Applicants should be prepared to submit the following:- Business registration or incorporation certificate
- Tax Account Number (TIN/VAT) letter or certificate
- Business license or trade permit (if applicable)
- Contact information (business address, authorized representative, email, and phone number)
Orders and Minimum Quantities
- Minimum Order: 50 lbs of produce per order.
- Weekly Minimum: 120 lbs total per week (can be split across multiple orders).
- Order Placement: Orders must be submitted through our online portal. Smaller orders may be combined with future deliveries.
- Availability: Product availability depends on harvest schedules and seasonal changes. All orders and delivery dates are confirmed after receipt.
Pricing and Discounts
- Custom Pricing: Special quotes are available for large or unique orders.
- Volume Discounts: Regular or bulk purchases may qualify for special rates.
- Price Changes: Prices may adjust seasonally. We will provide at least one week’s notice of any change.
- Taxes: All prices exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees.
- VAT Note: Alchemy Farms currently does not charge VAT but intends to become VAT-registered as operations grow.
Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise approved. We accept cash, check, or electronic transfer.
- Credit Terms: 30-day credit (Net 30) may be available with prior approval and a signed payment agreement outlining limits and due dates.
- Late Payments: Overdue invoices may attract a late fee or finance charge.
- Debt Recovery: Alchemy Farms reserves the right to recover outstanding balances and any reasonable expenses related to collection.
Delivery and Responsibility
- Schedule: Deliveries occur according to the agreed schedule. Customers will be notified after order confirmation.
- Responsibility: Once goods are delivered and accepted, they become the responsibility of the buyer.
- Storage: Buyers must ensure proper refrigeration or storage immediately upon delivery. Alchemy Farms is not responsible for spoilage or damage after handover.
Inspection, Acceptance, and Returns
- Inspection: Buyers should check all produce at the time of delivery and report any concerns within 24–48 hours.
- Acceptance: If no concerns are raised within the inspection period, the goods are considered accepted.
- Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that our produce is fresh and matches the order. If an issue arises, we will provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or credit.
- Returns: Due to the perishable nature of produce, returns are not generally accepted unless pre-approved by Alchemy Farms.
